Non-returnable goods
The following goods cannot be returned:
- Customised or personalised items
- Items that deteriorate quickly or have expired
- Goods unsealed after delivery, for health or hygiene reasons
- Items inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
How to return your goods

- Send the goods backReturn them in their original packaging to Showroom 3, Street 7, Al Shafar Investment Building, Dubai. We recommend insured, trackable mail.
- Receive your refundOnce we receive the returned goods, your refund is issued within 30 days to your original payment method.
- Return shipping: you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.
- We cannot issue refunds for returns that arrive damaged, are lost, or have no proof of receipt.
Returning a gift
- Marked as a gift: if the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit upon return.
- Not marked as a gift: the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
