Selectorized Seated Leg Curl Machine – Instinct

The patented Lock N Load® system makes weight selection fast and pin-free. The seat back adjusts with an “easy up” ratchet, so users can line their knee up with the pivot point in seconds.

An adjustable lower leg pad and a thigh support pad hold the body securely in place, giving a comfortable and effective hamstring curl for users of all sizes.

Selectorized and guided machines let members train safely without a spotter, with quick weight changes and a controlled movement path. Learn more about the Nautilus Instinct® range.
