Lat Pulldown and Low Row Machine – Instinct

The patented Lock N Load® system makes weight selection fast and pin-free. Multi-position grips are provided for both the row and the pulldown, so users can vary hand position and target different areas of the back.

The seat back adjusts with an “easy up” ratchet and the chest pad with an “easy out” ratchet, which makes switching between the two exercises quick and simple.

Selectorized and guided machines let members train safely without a spotter, with quick weight changes and a controlled movement path. Learn more about the Nautilus Instinct® Dual range.

Part of the Nautilus Instinct® strength line by Core Health & Fitness, this dual-station machine is built for busy commercial gyms that need reliable, easy-to-use selectorized equipment. Its dual design combines two exercises on a single footprint, which is a smart choice for hotel gyms, residential towers and compact studios in Dubai where every square metre counts. Instinct® machines use clear instructional placards and intuitive adjustments, so members can set up and train without help from staff.

Choosing the right strength machine comes down to quality, durability and after-sales support. The Lat Pulldown and Low Row Machine is built for regular use and suits commercial gyms, hotel and residential gyms, corporate fitness centres and premium home gyms. It pairs well with our wider range of upper body machines.
