I had a great experience today at Zayed Sports City and met Mr. Prasal and Mr. Ranga at the 800 Sports counter.

Both of them were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They explained the products and their features in detail and patiently answered all my questions.

I really appreciate their excellent customer service and professionalism. Thank you, Mr. Prasal and Mr. Ranga, for making my experience so pleasant. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Raja provided an exceptional customer experience. He went out of his way to ensure that I selected the right product and took the time to guide me patiently through the options. What stood out most was his genuine willingness to help — he even helped assemble the item and carefully placed it in my car without being asked.

His kindness, professionalism, and proactive attitude made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. It was clear that his intention was simply to be helpful and ensure I left satisfied. Customer service like this truly makes a difference, and Raja is a great example of outstanding support.
