Dual Adjustable Pulley Machine – Instinct

The patented Lock N Load® system makes weight selection fast and pin-free, and 5 lb (2 kg) increments allow smooth, steady progression for every level of user.

Integrated storage pegs keep accessories tidy. The machine comes with two 6-inch grip handles, a stirrup handle, an ankle strap, a body strap and a long bar, so it is ready for full-body training from day one.

Cable machines allow hundreds of exercises from one station, with smooth, constant tension through every movement. Learn more about the Nautilus Instinct® Dual range.

Part of the Nautilus Instinct® strength line by Core Health & Fitness, this dual-station machine is built for busy commercial gyms that need reliable, easy-to-use selectorized equipment. Its dual design combines two exercises on a single footprint, which is a smart choice for hotel gyms, residential towers and compact studios in Dubai where every square metre counts. Instinct® machines use clear instructional placards and intuitive adjustments, so members can set up and train without help from staff.

Choosing the right cable machine comes down to quality, durability and after-sales support. The Dual Adjustable Pulley Machine is built for regular use and suits commercial gyms, PT studios and premium home gyms. It pairs well with our wider range of cable machines & functional trainers.

800 Sport is part of RS Leisure Group, which brings more than 35 years of experience to the UAE fitness market. You get genuine products, local stock in Dubai, expert advice and after-sales support for homes, hotels, residential buildings and commercial gyms in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and across the Emirates.

When choosing a cable machine, look at the stack weight, the pulley adjustment range and the included attachments. Two independent columns allow unilateral work and a much wider exercise choice.
