Back Extension Bench – Instinct

Adjustable hip pads fit users of different heights, while fixed calf pads keep the legs secure throughout each repetition.

Hand grips help users get on and off safely, and the compact steel frame takes up very little floor space.

A stable, well-padded bench is essential for pressing, rowing and core work, and it supports safe training with heavier weights. Learn more about the Nautilus Instinct® range.
